#Hello!

We are a non-commercial (non-profit) collective of individuals, based at “Polichoro Eirini,” which is a beautiful and easily accessible multifunctional space near Dafni Metro Station.

Our space includes high-speed 1 Gbit internet, personal lockers, a cinema room with 4K video projection, a small stage with sound recording equipment and some music instruments, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine and so on..

Costs are shared between the members and depend on how much each of us uses the space. Thanks to our collective, non-commercial and DIY-based structure, we’re able to keep expenses much lower than commercial coworking spaces.

1. What does "collective" mean?

Collective means that all costs and responsibilities are equally shared among the participants. This includes not only financial contributions but also practical tasks like cleaning, cooking, repairs, etc.

2. How much do I have to contribute?

The amount depends on how many people are participating and should roughly correspond to your individual level of use. Since our situation is constantly evolving, we’ll update you on the current status at our monthly meeting.

Just for example: If our monthly expenses are €1000 and there are 20 members, the average financial membership contribution would be €50 per person. Someone who uses the space frequently may voluntarily contribute more than someone who only comes once a week. Beside the financial contribution, there’s a list of tasks everyone can sign up for — daily cleaning and shopping are especially important and usually take about 30 minutes each.

3. Can I host an event for my project and use the space exclusively?

Yes, members can also use the space exclusively with 14 days’ prior notice. During such events, coworking is paused, and other users are informed in advance so they can plan accordingly. To avoid disrupting regular use too much, a maximum of 4 days per month can be used for exclusive events.
